SHOULDERS – Cursed star

Preparing exercise
In the upright position, grab a Loop Band keeping your hands about 50 cm away from each other, then raise your arms and opened them in order to keep them perpendicular to your torso (starting position).
At this point the band will be mildly under tension.

Correct movement
While keeping upright and your arms straight, pull the band raising one arm and lowering the opposite one. Invert the movement in the following repetition.

6  full “stars”  x 3 sets

Common mistakes
Choosing a band too large: a microband 6mm is enough.
