BACK – Row with towel (standing)

Preparing exercise
Bind a Loop Band to the door with the specific Utility Strap, being careful to fix the band at ca. 30 cm from the floor. grab the band with the help of a towel and get in 1/2 squat position  2 meters away from the connection point.

Correct movement
Keeping your torso upright, pull the towel toward you with your elbows close to your torso.

Target muscles
Latissimus dorsi, Pectoralis Major, Triceps Brachii.

Recommended repetitions
10 per each side x 3 sets

Common mistakes
Standing up during the sets, moving your elbows upwards during the pull.
