BACK – Row with towel (in sitting position)

Preparing exercise
Bind a Loop Band to the door with the specific Utility Strap, being careful to fix the band at ca. 30 cm from the floor. grab the band with the help of a towel and sit 2 meters away from the connection point.

Correct movement
Keeping your torso upright, pull the towel toward you with your elbows close to your torso.

Target muscles
Latissimus dorsi, Pectoralis Major, Triceps Brachii.

Recommended repetitions
12 x 3 sets

Arching your upper back, moving your elbows upwards..
