Morning Stretch

 

Bind a large Loop Band above your head, then grab it and stretch your back muscles through squat or side lunge movements.

You can complete the stretching with some torso twists in lunge position.

Since this stretching routine is “open”, you do not have to follow a movements sequence but it is essential to never hold your breath and to breathe in a relaxed way.
