Knee mobility – Eccentric extension NE

Preparing exercise
Bind a Loop Band to the door with the specific Utility Strap, then place the two band’s ends just above and just below your knee.
Move away so as to bring the band under tension.

Correct movement
Rest your hands on a chair, bend your knee against the band and gently return to the starting position.

Knee and related muscles

Recommended repetitions
3 sets of 10 reps.
