Bent knee lateral mobility

Preparing exercise
Bind a Loop Band to the door with the specific Utility Strap, then place the two band’s ends just above and just below your knee.
Move away so as to bring the band under tension.

Correct movement
Rest your hands on a chair, bend your knee against the band and, keeping it bent, move it sideways without detaching your foot from the floor.

Knee and related muscles

3 sets of 6/8 reps.
